Timetable
Most of the work is ours. Here's everything that happens, and how much of your time it takes.

Where are the examples?
Our first sites are being built for local businesses right now. Each demo is private: the owner sees theirs first, and nobody else sees it without their say-so. Yours would be treated the same way.

Questions
What's the catch?
There isn't one. A demo takes us a few hours, and showing you the real thing is the easiest way to see if we're a fit. If you don't want it, we delete it.
Why is it cheaper than other web designers?
We're new, we're local, and we work lean: no office tower, no sales team, no account managers. You get the person who builds your site.
Which ticket should I pick?
If you'd rather not spend anything up front, take Nothing up front. If you plan to keep the site longer than a year, Build paid up front costs less overall: $480 a year after the first, instead of $948. Both get exactly the same website and care.
Do I have to write anything or take photos?
No. We start from what's already online about your business. You check that the facts are right, and send better photos if you have them.
I already have a website. Is this for me?
Maybe. We'll build the demo anyway and you can put them side by side. If yours is better, keep it.
Am I locked in?
The monthly ticket has a 12-month minimum, because that's how we cover the build. After that it's month to month. Your photos, words and web address are yours, and if you leave, we hand them over.
Who's behind Albion Landing?
A small web studio based in Maple Ridge. We only work with businesses in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, so we can come to you.
